德勒斯登應用科技大學入學通知過程分享，從申請到取得通知的心路歷程

假如你已經通過台灣的大學的申請,那麼恭喜啦！再來就是等待台灣學校把你的資料傳給德國學校，然後等待德國學校和你要更多的詳細資料。

1. 申請流程

以下都是申請 "HTWD" 的過程，不同學校可能有不同的流程。

大約在 10 月中左右, 就會收到來自德國學校 (international@htw-dresden.de) 的郵件，要求你提供更多的資料

Greetings from HTW Dresden - University of Applied Sciences Dresden (HTWD)!
 
We are happy to learn of your nomination as an exchange student! We hope this email finds you well and excited about your time at HTW Dresden next summer semester (10rd of March 2025 – 26h of July 2025).
 
APPLICATION
In order to be accepted as an incoming exchange student, we kindly ask you to send us all the necessary documents via email until November 15, 2024:
 
Application for admission to the study program (signed by you and your home university coordinator)
Learning Agreement (your course selection approved and signed by you and your home university coordinator)
Resume/CV (in English or German)
Transcript of Records (overview of your grades, in English or German, issued by your home university)
Proof of language proficiency (proof of the language you will be studying in, English and/or German at CEFR level B1/B2)
Copy of ID or passport
Signed request for HTW login (see attachment, only you need to sign, not your dean)
up-to-date passport size photo (for your HTW student ID card, minimum size of 180x240 pixels in JPEG, PNG or GIF format, view from the front, neutral background)

2. 申請文件準備

所以你大該要開始準備以下文件：

申請表 (Application for admission to the study program)
- → 這個是學校提供的表格，你只要填寫即可 (信箱附件)
課程選擇表 (Learning Agreement)
- → 這個是自己選課的課表 → 也是我的夢魘... (信箱附件)
履歷 (Resume/CV)
- → 這個Resume/CV 他們是真的會看的喔 (自己準備)
歷年成績單 (Transcript of Records)
- → 去學校申請即可要英文
- 10NTD/張 (自己準備)
語言證明 (Proof of language proficiency)
- → 這個應該沒什麼問題
護照影本 (Copy of ID or passport)
- → 手盡量不要擋到
登入帳號申請表 (Signed request for HTW login)
- → 這個是學校提供的表格，你只要填寫即可 (信箱附件)
照片 (up-to-date passport size photo)
- → 這個沒有特別嚴格,選自己好看的照片就可以了:d
