as for every funding program, there is a certain amount of funding available and due to the high amount of applications the funding for this year (until the end of 2025) is already spent.
As the plans for the continuation of this program are not yet approved by the Saxon State, I cannot say if there is funding available for future students.
I can only tell you that your friend & fellow students should check in on the website regularly in case the funding is extended.

薩克森學生交流計畫

這個獎學金是由德國薩克森州科學、文化和旅遊部與德勒斯登工業大學合作提供的，旨在支持在台灣和印度的學生前往薩克森州的交流計畫。

目前有兩種不同的獎學金計畫 :

• 薩克森學生交流計畫 (SSMP) 也就是我申請的
• 薩克森科學大使計畫 (SSAP)

申請資格

印度和台灣的大學裡，所有學生都可以申請這個計畫。 不管是學士、碩士還是博士，都可以申請。 這個計畫是很多學科一起的。 學生從開始學習的第一個學期就可以申請。

注意，只有在薩克森州內的大學進行1或2學期的交換的學生才能申請資助。

可以申請的項目

以下項目可以獲得資助:

長期停留 (3-12個月)

• 在薩克森州大學進行一學期的交換學習
• 研究停留，例如論文研究與準備（不受學期時間限制）

短期停留 (5-30天)

• 夏季或冬季學校課程
• 大學或認可語言學習機構的語言課程（每週至少25小時）

獎學金金額

獎學金包含以下福利：

長期停留 (1-12個月)

• 每月850歐元資助（按日計算）

短期停留 (5-30天)

• 第1-14天：每天79歐元
• 第15-30天：每天56歐元

交通補助

根據國家提供不同的交通補助：

• 印度：1425歐元
• 台灣：2125歐元 (基本上直接Cover來回機票了！！！)

額外社會補助

符合以下條件的學生可以申請額外補助：

• 殘疾程度20%以上或慢性病患者
• 首次就讀大學的學生
• 工讀生
• 有子女的學生

獎學金發放方式

TL;DR: 70%抵達後，30%結束給

獎學金分兩期發放：

1. 抵達薩克森州大學並提交抵達確認書後，可獲得70%的獎學金
2. 提交出勤證明/停留確認書和成績單後，可獲得剩餘30%的獎學金

申請截止日期

只要你已經申請並被薩克森州的大學錄取，就可以申請這個獎學金。申請文件應在開始在薩克森州大學學習前至少3個月提交給德勒斯登工業大學國際處。

申請所需文件

1. Mobility Online線上申請表
2. 原校在學證明
3. 薩克森州大學錄取通知書
4. 成績單或畢業證書（如有）
5. 語言證明（德語B1和/或英語B2，若課程為英語授課） (這個不要擔心,後面會說明)
6. 動機信（最多2頁）
7. 學習協議（列表概述在接待大學的課程以及這些課程與原校課程的對應關係；至少20ECTS的課程）
8. 一封相關學科具有博士學位的大學講師推薦信

2. 填完後會寄信讓你註冊

• 德國的銀行帳戶 (獲歐盟內的) Revolut, Wise, N26 等等都可以
• 需要你填寫一個表 來提前拿到你在德國的TAX ID (算你在德國的身分證字號了吧？)
• 護照VISA頁
