we received your transfer for the reservation fee (= deposit). Many thanks.

To plan and organize your arrival, especially under the conditions of the corona pandemic,
we need the following two things from you:

(Please only let us know if your arrival has already been booked! –
If the arrival date are not yet certain, please let us know your arrival date later as far as you know it!)

Please send us both together via email within the next three days.

Thank you for sending the copy of your passport and your arrival time.

Please note that you have to pay the rent for the first month of rent at your arrival day in Dresden (cash, EC- or Creditcard)
You will need your PIN-code to pay by credit card.

Please also organise that your mobile phone works in Germany before your departure.
This is very important, especially in emergencies or a postponement of the arrival time.

It is possible to register for the Internet in the dormitory before your arrival.
You can find information on our website at: https://www.studentenwerk-dresden.de/wohnen/internet.html

For login/registration you urgently need your 7-digit tenant number.
You will find the number in your reservation confirmation either in the upper right corner or under the item "Deposit/Reservation fee in the line "Reference"

We wish you a safe journey!
